Farcaster has maintained sustained user base and continued growth. The architectural difference (protocol vs single application) matters substantially.
Lens Protocol continues operating as alternative onchain social protocol with bounded but genuine user base. Lens has had ecosystem development without viral peak that Friend.tech experienced.
